Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin and Customs

All orders are shipped from Slovakia, an EU-based country. Parcels sent to Schengen countries are not subject to customs or duty fees. However, it is your responsibility to comply with your country's legislation regarding the import of peptides. Please inform us of any restrictions that may apply in your region.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners during transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method:

• EU Orders: Typically delivered within 2–7 business days.
• International Orders: Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Once your order is shipped, we have no control over potential delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

4. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout on the "SHIPPING" sub-page.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, we will not resend the shipment unless otherwise agreed:

• The address provided is outside the Slovak Republic, and delivery is restricted by local laws.
• Delivery is not possible due to non-compliance with customs regulations (including seizure by customs authorities).
• Delivery fails due to reasons on your part (e.g., incorrect address, failure to receive the shipment, or refusal to accept delivery).

In such cases, we will refund the purchase price, shipping, and return costs.

6. Returns and Defective Goods

Returns are only accepted for defective goods. If you receive a defective product, please follow Article 9 of our General Terms and Conditions – "Claims for Defects in Goods".

Important: Do not return goods without prior instruction from us. Due to the sensitive nature of the products, unauthorized returns may result in damage or devaluation. If you return goods without our approval, you will be liable for any resulting damage.
